徐州工力工程设备租赁有限公司（简称徐州工力）创始于1996年，是国内最早以企业模式开展道路设备租赁的公司。
公司现有道路设备400余台套，委托租赁设备500余台，设备范围涵盖戴纳派克、柳工全系列压实摊铺设备；徐工、三一稳定土摊铺机；陕建ABG及沃尔沃摊铺机；宝马格、徐工压路机。公司每年新采购设备50余台套，可为道路施工企业提供全面的道路设备租赁服务。2008年公司拓展项目租赁，为施工企业提供设备租赁、人力租赁、施工管理等全方位的租赁服务。公司现有资产管理团队近80人 ，服务团队近150人，机手队伍680人，全力保证设备的高效运营，最大程度保障施工企业利益。
经过十多年的发展，徐州工力已经形成了覆盖全国的租赁服务网络，并且已经在重庆、武汉等地组建租赁分公司。2011年徐州工力工程设备租赁公司成为租赁分会副理事长单位，徐州工力已经成为中国目前最大的道路设备租赁公司之一。
Xuzhou G&L construction equipment rental Co.,Ltd was founded in 1996.It is the earliest company,developing road equipment rental with enterprise model.
Now the company has more than four hundred sets of road machinery and over five hundred sets of entrusted machinery for rental,including full series Dynapac and Liugong compaction and paving machinery,XCMG and Sany stabilized soil pavers,Shaanxi Construction & ABG and Volvo pavers,Bomag and XCMG road rollers,etc.The company purchases over 50 machines each year, providing complete road machinery rental services for road construction enterprises.In 2008,the company further added labor rental and project management services.At present,the company has a management team of 80 employees,a service team of 150 employees,and 680 operators, which ensures efficient machine operation and maximally guarantees the profits of construction enterprises.
After years of development,Xuzhou G&L has eatablished the rental service network covering the whole country and set up branch companies in Chongqing、Wuhan,etc.In 2011,the company becomes Vice Chairman Enterprise of China COnstruction Machinery Rental Association,Xuzhou G&L has become one of the largest road machinery rental enterprises in China.
